About IELTS Exam

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is widely regarded as the most popular English language test out there. It’s the go-to choice for people who want to assess their language skills before studying or working in places where English is the primary mode of communication. Countries like the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia all recognize and accept IELTS scores

The test itself is designed to evaluate your listening, reading, writing, and speaking, abilities, all in under three hours. There are two types of IELTS: Academic and General Training. The listening and speaking sections are the same for both versions, but the reading and writing sections differ depending on the type of test you take.

When you sit for an IELTS exam, you’ll complete the listening, reading, and writing sections back-to-back, without any breaks in between. The whole test will take you about 2 hours and 45 minutes to finish.
